Privacy notice
It covers what the quote form collects: contact details and your answers about the agency. Agency records are not covered because they never reach us.
Last revised November 7, 2026.
Sell Agency Data earns its keep from introductions: a buyer may pay us once an agency we introduced signs a license. Agencies are never charged.
Who runs this newsletter
Sell Agency Data (sellagencydata.com) is run by Joe Trewick trading as Grub Leads, which is responsible for your personal data. You can contact us at support@grubleads.com.
Sell Agency Data is a matching service. We do not buy, hold or receive anyone's data. Agencies are put in touch with a data buyer, and that buyer may pay us once a license is signed.
The details you give us
When you use the quote form we collect:
- your name, phone number, email address and ZIP code
- the details you give about the job, such as the kind of agency, its size, where records are kept and timing
- your IP address, the page you sent the form from, and the wording you agreed to
Why the form asks
We use your details to find a data buyer whose published rules fit your agency. We rely on your consent, which you give when you send the form.
We then contact you to tell you which firm we have found. We only pass your details to that firm after you tell us you are happy for us to. If we cannot find a firm within a reasonable time, we tell you and delete your request.
If you stop part way through the form, we keep what you entered so far for the same purpose, and delete it if the request is not completed.
We do not send you marketing, and we do not sell your details to anyone else.
Recipients of the form data
Your details go to:
- the buyer we name to you, and only after you agree
- the companies that host this website and store our records for us, under contracts that protect your data
Keeping and deleting
We keep your name, phone number, email address and IP address for 12 months, then delete them. We keep a record of the request without those details, so we can count how many requests the site receives.
Records and samples
The form asks you not to send data, files, samples or client names, and it has no way to upload anything. If you type something of that kind into the notes box anyway, we delete it and keep only the description we need.
Copies, corrections and deletion
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email us and we will reply within 45 days.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please tell us first at support@grubleads.com.
Counting visits, without cookies
We count visits with a privacy-friendly tool that does not use cookies or identify you. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
If you are in the US
Several state laws count it as a "sale" of personal information when an introduction we are paid for involves passing on your contact details. You can refuse that at any point, using the opt-out link in every footer or an email to the address above. We keep a dated note of each refusal and when we acted on it.
Some states also let residents see what is on file about them, correct it or erase it, and forbid penalizing anyone who asks. Nothing you send is used for ad targeting. The form is for agency owners and staff, and anyone under 16 should not use it.
The consent record
Because US calling and texting claims can surface years afterward, evidence of your consent is held for five years: the number you entered, when the form was sent, from which IP address and page, and the consent sentence shown to you. Name and email are still erased on the schedule above.
The opt-out page explains how to stop any sale or sharing. Questions about this notice go to the email address in the first section.
